All products sold through METIA INTERACTIVE LIMITED are digital content and are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. Customers will receive electronic access to the purchased game files. Because our products are digital, there is no need for shipping, customs clearance, or physical delivery.
Consumer Rights in Digital Content
Under EU Directive 2019/770, Directive 2011/83/EU, applicable New Zealand Consumer Protection Act, and other relevant European consumer regulations, consumers generally have a fourteen (14)-day revocation period for remote contracts.
However, for digital content not delivered through tangible media, the statutory right of revocation terminates once digital delivery has commenced, provided that:
The customer has explicitly requested immediate performance;
The customer has explicitly acknowledged that digital delivery will commence immediately;
The customer has acknowledged that the statutory fourteen (14)-day revocation period is forfeited once digital delivery has commenced.
By completing an order and requesting immediate access to the purchased digital content, the customer indicates that they have read and agreed to these terms.
